Marvel announces Brie Larson as Captain Marvel!

  
Looks like the rumors ended up being true: Brie Larson is officially our Captain Marvel. Sorry Ronda Rousey. This looks like a solid pick-up for the MCU especially since Brie is coming off of a win at the Academy Awards for her performance in Room. I enjoyed her performances in Scott Pilgrim vs the World and 21 Jump Street. Very happy for her and be sure to check back for more updates on Captain Marvel!
